Remember to sign up here: http://www.eionet.europa.eu/events/FAIRMODE%202013/ April 2013 The draft version of the FAIRMODE Particulate Matter Modelling Report , which is meant to be the basis for a FAIRMODE PM Modelling Guide is open now for comments. The document has been compiled by the European Topic Centre on Air Pollution and Climate Change Mitigation (ETC/ACM), the topic centre of the EEA working inter alia on air quality issues. The draft report is a product of the FAIRMODE Working Group 1 (Guidance on modelling, user interaction). You can download the document in Word 2007, Word 97-2003 and pdf. We would very much appreciate to get first comments already during the FAIRMODE WG1 breakout-group meeting on the 11th of April in the afternoon. The deadline for your input is the 2nd of May. Thank you very much in advance! The next FAIRMODE plenary is now scheduled for 10-12th April, 2013. The meeting will be hosted by Belgian Interregional Environment Agency (IRCEL), the Flemish Environment Agency (VMM) and the Flemish Institute for Technological Research (VITO). The final agenda and some practical information can be consulted here. October 2012 The final FAIRMODE recommendations to the review of the EU Air Quality Policy can be consulted here. May 2012 The next FAIRMODE plenary is now scheduled for 29 - 30 May, 2012. The venue will be Utrecht, hosted by TNO. The preliminary agenda can be consulted here. February 2012 The FAIRMODE guidance document: "Modelling of Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) for air quality assessment and planning relevant to the European Air Quality Directive" is now available as an ETC/ACM Technical Paper. January 2012 Stakeholder Expert Group meeting on Thematic Strategy on Air Pollution. The draft document is now available: "Draft recommendations from FAIRMODE to the review of the EU Air Quality Policy". October 2011 Survey on station representativeness is now available. Please return by 31 October. September 2011 The first FAIRMODE guidance document is now available as the EEA technical report: 'The application of models under the European Union's Air Quality Directive: A technical reference guide'.
